Ingredients: Dual Carbs (Dextrose & Sucrose) for your unlimited Energy Supply, true natural lemon flavour an an optimimal ratio of Sea Salt, Sodium & Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Chloride and Calcium Carbonate for your ultimate Electrolyte replacement.
How to Use: Mix 50grams of Trail Brew (equivalent to two heaped tablespoons or 1 Trail Brew refillable single serve test tube) with 500-700mls of water, mix/shake and enjoy. The ratio can be altered pending personal preference, weather conditions or exertion levels.
